(Avey Lane & Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Pynest Green Lane to its junction with Manor Road a distance of approximately 456m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Avey Lane for a distance of approximately 76m in a northwesterly then northeasterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 18th August 2022 for 86 days (closures with take place in phases), or where stated on a valid permit (MU047-AMP7-MR-AVEY & 58311946 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains installation works are undertaken by Thames Water An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Road Between Manor Road and Avey Lane, Manor Road, Wellington Hill, Pynest Green Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.7) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. "The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 11th August 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. 3. To temporarily close that length of Kings Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Woodbury Hill to its junction with York Hill a distance of approximately 90m.

4. To temporarily close that length of Woodbury Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with York Hill for a distance of approximately 130m in a northwesterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC312KN-LO3UGHT-8125-FAL & KN-LOUGHT-8125-FAL1 & KN-LOUGHT-8125-FAL2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via York Hill, Queens Road (with access only into Pump Hill, Woodbury Hill, Kings Hill) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Abridge Road, Lambourne/Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abridge Road, Lambourne/Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Ongar Road/Market Place to the junction with Coopersale Lane a distance of approximately 1990m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 25 nights (22:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (FN49302915986 - National Highways). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while concrete repair works are undertaken by National Highways.
An alternative route is available via Market Place, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Roundabout, Abridge Road, High Road, Chigwell Road, Manor Road, Chigwell Road, Broadmead Road, High Road, Church Hill, Goldings Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Jacks Hill, Coppice Row, Abridge Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Bushfields, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bushfields, Loughton in the Epping Forest, from its junction with Parkmead/Chequers Road to its junction with Alderton Hall Lane a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP00329919120 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Alderton Hall Lane, Poundfield Road, Deepdene Road, Bushfields and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Buttercross Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buttercross Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 20m northwest of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001161489 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Loughton in the
District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Goldings Hill to its junction with Englands
Lane a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August
2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04771065916 - Thames Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce
while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Goldings Hill and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works.
