The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 25 August 2022 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

SOUTH NEWTON PL/2022/05769 & PL/2022/05442 - Newton House, Warminster Road, Internal/external alterations to convert back to a residential property/install 10 Solar panels on south facing side of extension/ render brick extension/replace roof on original house, Convert outbuilding into a wheelchair friendly dwelling;
TIDWORTH PL/2022/05349 - 1-11 Plantation Road, Install insulated render system to external walls.
