NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an agreement dated 31 March 2011 (and subsequently varied by Deed of Variation on 15 June 2011 and 27 July 2012) proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
Effect of the Order: To introduce or amend parking restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified below. All measurements are approximate and are taken from the extended kerb line unless stated otherwise.

1. To revoke all existing parking restrictions and replace with a 'Permit Parking
Area Zone R Mon-Fri 10am-11am & 2pm-3pm excluding Bank Holidays':

NORTHWEST SIDE: From its junction with Derwent Avenue south-westwards for 53 metres.
SOUTHEAST SIDE: From its junction with Derwent Avenue south-westwards for 56 metres.
TILE: TQ810 907 Rev 1 to Rev 2
Keswick Close, Rayleigh
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Derwent Avenue south-westwards then south-eastwards for its entire length. TILE: TQ810 907 Rev 1 to Rev 2

2. To replace 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 10am-11am' restrictions with 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 11am-12pm':

3. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions:

4. To introduce a 'Permit Parking Area Zone Q Mon-Fri 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm, excluding Bank Holidays':

BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Ashingdon Road for its entire length.

The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 Schedule 5 may be amended to include the following properties the residents of which are eligible to apply for a permit:

This proposed Order may be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ810 907 Rev 1 to Rev 2 and TQ870 912 Rev 1 to Rev 2
