1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southend-on-Sea City Counci proposes to make the amendments to the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Orders will be

To introduce: No Waiting, Monday - Friday, 8am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 4.30pm on the Bend of Sairard Gardens (single yellow line):
- On the northern side of the road, for 52.5 metres: from the common boundary of No.26 Macmurdo Road and No.23 Sairard Gardens to the common boundary of No.19 and No.21.
- On the southern side of the road, for 55.5 metres: 8.5 metres East of the common boundary of No.32, to, 3.5 metres North, and opposite of the common boundary of No.21 and No.23.
