1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southend-on-Sea City Counci proposes to make the amendments to the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended
2. The general effect of the Orders will be
To introduce junction protection; no waiting at any time (double yellow lines) AND no loading or unloading at any time (double yellow kerb blips) at each of the locations in below:

a) Browning Avenue with Sycamore Grove (Northern and Southern) and with t's additional junction
b) Byron Avenue with Sycamore Grove
c) Carisbrooke Road with Hamlet Court Road
d) Cedar Close with Chestnut Grove
e) Chestnut Grove with Chestnut Grove
f) Claremont Close with Claremont Close outside of No.1 (6 metres North)
g) Dickens Close with Ruskin Avenue
h) Maple Square with Browning Avenue and with it's additional junction
i) Ruskin Avenue with Tennyson Avenue
