Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence lor Lidl Great Britain Limited, Chester Road, Stanley, DH9 0TH for sale ol alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowlield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30 pm.
