(Wyndways Drive, Dipton) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 29/7/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 45 metre length of Wyndways Drive that extends westerly from its junction with North Road, Dipton to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Alternative route From the eastern side of the closure from North Road, northerly and turning south westerly on Flint Hill Bank to the junction with Wyndways Drive leading south to the western side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 8/8/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
