Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 84 (1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Land North of Cockaynes Lane Development, Alresford) in the District of Tendring:

From a point approximately 8.1 metres from its junction with Cockaynes Lane for its entire length.
Jefferson Avenue, Alresford
From its junction with Victoria Avenue for its entire length including all turning heads.
Pershore Way, Alresford
From its junction with Victoria Avenue to its junction with Opal Way (entire length).
Opal Way, Alresford
From its junction with Pershore Way for its entire length including all turning heads.
Mallard Way, Alresford
From its junction with Pershore Way for its entire length including all turning heads.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11 August 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Church Road, Wormingford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Wormingford in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Chantry Drive for a distance of approximately 30m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010696635 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Clicket Hill, Nayland Road, Bridge Street, Colchester Road, Lower Road, Main Road and vice versa with access only into Smallbridge and Church Road.
The Order will come into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Dedham Road, Boxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dedham Road, Boxted in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 90m north east of its junction with Cooks Hill for a distance of approximately 30m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010694133 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Langham Road, Langham Lane, Moor Road, School Road, Wick Road, Birchwood Road, Grove Hill, Colchester Road, High Street, Mill Lane, Dedham Road, Church Road, Upper Street, Lower Street, Stratford Road, Ipswich Road and vice versa with access only into Straight Road and Dedham Road. The Order will come into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Fordham Road, Wormingford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fordham Road, Wormingford in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Packards Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010681633 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Main Road and vice versa with access only into Fordham Road and Packards Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester, as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 11th August 2022, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with Donald Drive for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th August 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007027901 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of East Road, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Chapmans Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a south westerly direction.
