PUBLIC INQUIRY Application No. 21/03405/OUT Land East Of Witney Road Ducklington
A Public Inquiry against refusal of the above Planning Application will be held (under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government opening on Tuesday 6th September 2022 at 10.00 am at the Council Chamber, Woodgreen, Witney. The Inquiry is planned to sit for 4 days, with a day held in contingency on 21st September 2022 if a 5th day is required. Interested parties may attend and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views. Copies of the Council's and the appellant's case may be viewed on the District Council's website,
