Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Comer Road and Henwick Road, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2022 On 21 July 2022

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to to prohibit stopping Mon-Fri 8.15am-5pm on school keep clear markings on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester-Comer Road (east side) from a point 8.3m north of its junction with Lapal Close for a distance of 43.5m in a northerly direction; (west side) from a point 5.3m north of its junction with Lapal Close for a distance of 42.7m in a northerly direction.
Prohibit stopping at any time on school keep clear markings:
Henwick Road (west side) from a point 52m north of its junction with Ingles Drive for a distance of 93m in a northerly direction.
The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes.

(C2055 Church Lane, Norton Juxta Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2055 Church Lane from its junction with C2201 Wadborough Road to its junction with U47610 Brockhill Lane. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2201 Wadborough Road, C2108 Wadborough Road, C2108 Hatfield, C2108 Hatield Bank, C2108 Broomhall, C2055 Crookbarrow Road, C2055 Church Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 9 August 2022. (U51050 Bilford Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U51050 Bilford Road from its junction with U51041 Drovers Way to its junction with B4550 Blackpole Road (roundabout). Reason: Carriageway patching by Balfour Beatty. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U51050 Bilford Road, B4482
Astwood Road, B4550 Blackpole Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 9 August 2022.

(U50126 St Georges Lane South, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U50126 St Georges Lane South from its junction with A38 Barbourne Road to its junction with U51000 St. Georges Lane North. Reason: Utility works by Openreach. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Barbourne Road, U51000 St Georges Lane North, U50126 St Georges Lane South and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 10 August 2022. (U52305 Cavendish Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U52305 Cavendish Street from its junction with U52306 Berwick Street to its junction with U52303 Orchard Street. Reason: Dropping kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U52303 Orchard Street, U52300 Waverley Street, U52306 Berwick Street, U52305
Cavendish Street and vice versa.

4 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.

(U50027 Waterworks Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Waterworks Road) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1995 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U50027 Waterworks Road from its junction with U50027
Waterworks Road to its junction with U50031 Pope Iron Road and temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Waterworks Road) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1995 for the duration of the order to facilitate two-way traffic.
Reason: New vehicle crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50031 Pope Iron Road, U50030 Sandys Road, U50027 Waterworks Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.

(U51024 Mayfield Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U51024 Mayfield Road from its junction with B4550 Rainbow Hill to its junction with U51025 Church Road & U51025 Barker Street.
Reason: To replace existing BT pole on the footway by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4550 Astwood Road, U51026 Vauxhall Street, U51025 Church Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

(U54136 Rowley Hill Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U54136 Rowley Hill Street from its junction with U54137 Mcintyre Road to its junction with U54135 Buck Street. Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by J Harper Sons. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U54137 Mcintyre Road, U54135 Buck Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

(Link Footpath F50160 Tintern Avenue, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F50160 Tintern Avenue (side onto nos. 2/4) in its entirety, from its junction with B4550 Astwood Road to its junction with U51053 Tintern Avenue. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51053 Tintern Avenue, B4550 Astwood Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 30 August 2022. (U50008 Britannia Square, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U50008 Britannia Square from its junction with U50004 Britannia Road & U50006 Blake Lane South to its junction with A38 Upper Tything.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Upper Tything, A449 Castle Street, U50003 Loves Grove, U50001 Moor Street,
U50004 Britannia Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.

(B4206 Malvern Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4206 Malvern Road from its junction with U54234 Sherwood Lane to its junction with U54239 Whites Road. Reason: Sewer Works by Cooper Specialist Groundworks Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Clockwise Diversion: B4206 Malvern Road, B4206 St Johns, A44 Bull Ring, A44 Tybridge Street, A44 Hylton Road, A44 New Road, A449 Bromwich Road and vice versa. Anticlockwise Diversion: A449 Bromwich Road, A44 Bull Ring, B4206 St Johns, B4206 Malvern Road and vice versa.
