Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Great Bourton, School Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 28 February 2022
This Order was introduced because of water main renewal works planned to commence 7 March but the date has again been revised to 8 August, and is now anticipated to be completed 3 October 2022. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in sections of School Lane as work progresses. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure is via Crow lane and Main Street and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T9812/RAG)

Yarnton, Church Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 22 August 2022 Coming into force: 30 August 2022
This Order is being introduced because of sewer repairs which are anticipated to be completed 12 September 2022. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the northern section of Church Lane.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T10427/AC)
Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Launton, Footpath 9 Closure Date of Order: 8 August 2022 Coming into force: 31 August 2022
This Order is being introduced because resurfacing and culvert work which are anticipated to be completed 31 August 2022. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily Footpath 9. There will also be no access from Launton Footpaths 11 and 12 into Yew Tree Close. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to property which is only accessible from the closed section of footpath. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route for those affected by the closure when coming from the West is walkers can detour along the Bicester road pavement and then along Launton Footpath 10. No diversion if coming from the East. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T10678/AC)

(Bucknell Parish) (Speed Limits) Order 20

NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order - in order to help improve road safety on local roads following concerns raised by the Parish Council - is to introduce a 20mph speed limit throughout Bucknell, replacing the existing 30mph speed limits in their entirety, leading out to the following points:
1. Ardley Road - a point 136 metres northwest of its junction with Bainton Road,
2. Bainton Road - a point 643 metres northeast of its junction with Ardley Road,
3. Bicester Road - a point 293 metres southeast of its junction with New Row.,
4. Middleton Road - a point 107 metres southwest of its junction with New Row,
The Oxfordshire County Council (Bucknell Parish) (Speed Limit) Order 2003 will be revoked/replaced as necessary

Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by the 2 September 2022.
