Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022 (Disabled Persons' Parking Space on Hurcott Road Kidderminster)

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to a disabled persons' parking on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-
Hurcott Road (South side): From a point, 99 metres north east of Long Acres, for a distance of 6 metres, in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to a disabled persons' parking on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-
Lorne Street (East side): From a point 87 metres, north of Comberton Road, for a distance of 6 metres, in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Closure 1: A442 Bridgnorth Road from the junction B4189 Shatterford Lane to its junction with B4190 Franche Roundabout. Closure 2: B4190 Wolverley Road from the Junction U12382 Marlpool Lane to its junction with B4190 Franche Roundabout. Closure 3: A442 Franche Road from the Junction U12271 Wilton Avenue to its junction with B4190 Franche Roundabout. Closure 4: B4190 Habberley Lane from the Junction C2129 Habberley Lane Roundabout to its junction with B4190 Franche Roundabout. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1: A442 Bridgnorth Road, Into Shropshire (A442 & A458), Into Staffordshire (A458 & A449), A449 Wolverhampton Road, B4189 Wolverley Road and vice versa. Diversion 2: B4190 Wolverley Road, B4190 Franche Road, B4189 Wolverley Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, A451Stourbridge Road, A456 St. Marys Ringway and vice versa. Diversion 3: A442 Franche Road, A456 St. Marys Ringway, A451Stourbridge Road, B4189 Wolverley Road and vice versa. Diversion 4: B4190 Habberley Lane, B4190 Kidderminster Road, A456 Kidderminster Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A456 Bewdley Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 nights (20:00-05:00) Commencing: 25 August 2022.

(A456 Bewdley Bypass, Bewdley) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order) 2022

Proposed Order: to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A456 Bewdley Bypass for 150 metres north of the traffic lights to its junction with A456 Bewdley Bypass by Toll House Cottage & B4195 Stourport Road. Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 68 days Commencing:
29 August 2022.

(A456 Bewdley Bypass and B4195 Stourport Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: Closure 1 to close that part of A456 Bewdley Bypass from its junction with A456 Catchems End Roundabout to its junction with A456 Blackstone Roundabout. Closure 2 B4195 Stourport Road from its junction with A456 Bewdley Bypass to its junction with U10406 Sandbourne Drive. Reason: Establishing Traffic Management by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1 - Closure 1 - A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4195 Stourport Road, B4195 Bewdley Road, A451 Minster Road, A451 Stourport Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A456 Kidderminster Road. Diversion 2 - Closure 1 - A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4190 Kidderminster Road, B4195 Stourport Road. Diversion 3 -Closure 2 - B4195 Stourport Road, B4195 Stourport Road, B4190 Load Street, B4190
Welch Gate, B4190 Cleobury Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:00-06:00) Commencing: 29 August 2022.

(B4195 Stourport Road, Bewdley) (Temporary One-Way Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4195 Stourport Road from its junction with U10406 Sandbourne Drive to its junction with A456 Bewdley Bypass, Eastbound only. Reason: To facilitate carriageway works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4190 Habberley Road, B4190 Kidderminster Road, B4195 Beales Corner.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 68 days Commencing:
29 August 2022.

(U13605 Chaddesley Lane, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U13605 Chaddesley Lane from its junction with U13601 Bournes Green Road to its junction with C2059 Woodcote Lane. Reason: Edge of carriageway works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2059 Woodcote Lane, C20621 Dordale Road U20218 Waystone Lane, U13603 Broome Hill, U13601 Bournes Green Road and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 43 days Commencing: 8 August 2022.
