Notice is hereby given that QD Commercial Group Holdings LTD has applied in respect of QD, 44-48, High Street, Maldon CM9 5AF for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Sunday 10:00 -  16:00

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 29th August 2022 to the MDC Licensing Team at Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon CM9 5DL or by email to licensing@maldon.gov.uk .
It is a Summary offence liable to a unlimited fine on conviction, under section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
