Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C186 from Limes Road to County Boundary from its junction with Old Vicarage Lane to the County Boundary for a distance of approximately 1573 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out inspection works. The road is expected to be closed from 22:00 on the 6th August 2022 until 06:00 on the 7th August 2022 only or until the works have been completed. Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 400969 Road through Village from Sapperton Lodge to Daneway Junction from its junction with The Cross to its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 153 metres.
The reason for the closure is to rebuild a collapsed wall supporting the carriageway. The road is expected to be closed from the 22nd August 2022 until the 30th September 2022 only or until the works have been completed. The reason for the closure is to carry out the construction of a pumping station and rising water main.
