Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Jest Catering Limited has applied to London Borough of Haringey for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Nomad Brothers, 179 Priory Road, London, N8 8NB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :
1 .To permit the sale of alcohol, on and off sales, Sundays to Thursdays 10:00 - 23:00 and Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 - 00:00.
2. To permit the provision of Late Night Refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays 23:00 - 00:00.
3. To permit the sale of alcohol and Late Night Refreshment on Bank Holidays and the day preceding a Bank Holiday until midnight.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, London Borough of Haringey, 1st Floor River Park House, 225 High Road,Wood Green, N22 8HQ or via e-mail to licensing@haningey.gov.uk no later than 24th August 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Haringey and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.haringey.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
