Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 35/22/00008: White Cottage, Holcombe Lane, Moorlinch, Bridgwater TA7 9BX. Erection of a two storey side (East) & rear (North) extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 07/22/00015: Exeter House, Burton Row, Brent Knoll, Highbridge TA9 4BX. Conversion of outbuilding to form annex accommodation & the erection of a single storey side (West) extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 08/22/00051: Unit D, E & F, Bridgwater Retail Park, The Leggar, Bridgwater TA6. Variation of Condition 9 of Planning Permission 08/13/00121 (which sought a variation of condition 9 of Planning Permission 08/94/00055 to widen the permitted restricted goods to allow additionally for the sale of pets & ancillary pet care & treatment facility) to allow general retail use of Units D, E & F. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 11/22/00066 & 11/22/00067: Burnham High Lighthouse, Berrow Road, Burnham On Sea TA8 2HN. Proposed widening of vehicular access, rebuilding of pier & walling, with the realignment of boundary fence. This application affects a listed building.
Application No. 11/22/00080: 75 High Street, Burnham On Sea TA8 1PE. Installation of 5no. non-illuminated fascia signs. This site lies within a Conservation Area.
Application No. 08/22/00105 & 08/22/00106: 13 Cornhill, Bridgwater TA6 3BU. Conversion of upper floors to form 2no. residential units & alterations to the ground floor shopfront, including separate access for upper floors (revised scheme). This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
Application No. 08/22/00114: 61 Eastover, Bridgwater TA6 5AP. Partial change of use of commercial ground floor unit to form 1no. residential unit, & the conversion of upper floors to form 2no. residential units (revised scheme). This site lies within a Conservation Area.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
