Notice is hereby given that Wilkin and Sons has applied in respect of the Tiptree Tea Room at West Mersea, 2 Coast Road, West Mersea, Colchester, CO5 8QE, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Supply of alcohol for consumption and retail 9am 11pm

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 29th August 2022 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
