I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

Proposal: Replacement of existing storage/office outbuilding with detached outbuilding for office use associated with the Al-Emaan Centre.

NORLESDEN HOUSE MOTTINGHAM LANE MOTTINGHAM LONDON SE9 4RT - (20/04168)
Applicant: Mr Mike Perkins
Proposal: Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Conditions 2 and 3 of ref: 20/04168/FULL1 granted for single story rear extension with Juliet balcony above at first floor level, and alterations to low level wall to front to provide lightwell to basement, to allow alterations including omission of low level wall around light well to the front of the property, alteration from brick to render finish for the single storey rear extension, addition of a dormer to the side roofslope, reduction in size of balcony at rear to form a Juliet balcony, and elevational alterations.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.

*As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
