LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Yorkshire Spa Retreat (formerly Canadian Fields) Gale Lane, Nawton, YO62 7SD. Notice is given that Luxury in York has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 1100 and 2300 Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG.
Representations must be received by the date below 24th August 2022.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
