Ar 29 Gorffennaf 2022 gwnaeth Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy y Gorchymyn uchod dan ad ran 9 a 10 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a'r holl bwerau eraill y maent yn eu galluogi. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd aros gan unrhyw gerbydau ar unrhyw adeg ar y darn yna o Bromenad Rhos - Ochr orllewinol; o bwynt 81 metr i'r gogledd o'i chyffordd a Penrhyn Avenue am 41 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.

Fe ddaw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 11 Awst 2022 a bydd yn aros mewn grym am gyfnod dim hirach na 18 mis. Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn, ynghyd a chynllun yn dangos y darn ffordd y mae'r Gorchymyn yn ymwneud ag ef, a datganiad o resymau'r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn ar wefan y Cyngor. Dylai unrhyw un sydd am wneud sylw, p'un ai i wrthwynebu neu gefnogi'r Gorchymyn cyn iddo gael ei wneud yn barhaol, wneud hynny mewn ysgrifen gan nodi ar ba sail y maent yn cael eu gwneud, o fewn 6 mis i'r Gorchymyn Arbrofol dod i rym at yr Adran Draffig, yr Amgylchedd Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau, Blwch Post 1 Conwy LL30 9GN neu at traffig@conwy.gov.uk.

(Prohibition of Waiting)
(Experimental) Order 2022

On 29 July 2022 Conwy County Borough Council made the above Order under section 9 and 10 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in that length of Rhos Promenade - Western side; from a point 81 metres north of its junction with Penrhyn Avenue for a distance of 41 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order comes into effect on the 11 August 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months. A copy of the Order and plan showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be examined on the Council website. Requests for paper copy documents can be made by contacting 01492 575337.

Any person wishing to make representations whether to object or support the Order before it is made permanent must do so in writing stating the grounds on which they are made within 6 months of the Experimental Order coming into force to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Conwy LL30 9GN or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, you may within 6 weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
