APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Mr M Trigg has applied for a premises licence at 955 New Chester Road, Wirral CH62 6AS to allow alcohol on/off sales Sun-to Thurs 1100-2300 hrs, Fri-Sat 1100-0100 hrs, late night refreshment to 0100 hrs Fri-Sat, regulated entertainment 0900-0100 hrs (at the latest), licensable activities until 0100 hrs on various special days.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximin fine for which a person is liable or summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
