NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB - Application No. 02/2022/0634 - 1 Upper Clwyd Street, Ruthin - Alterations and reparations to listed building including replacement flat roof and installation of retractable roof canopy to rear elevation, alterations to internal room layout, installation of internal staircase and associated works (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 16/2022/0625 – Plas Towerbridge, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd, Ruthin - Reparation and alteration to existing outbuilding to form habitable accommodation including alteration to fenestration and internal room layouts, erection of extension including log burner and flue and associated works (Listed Building application).
