Various Streets, Sauchie (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Sauchie) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20th July 2022: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Park Crescent, Sauchie ( from its junction with Braeside south westwards then north westwards then south westwards for a distance of 240 metres or thereby), Braeside, Sauchie (from its junction with Park Crescent south eastwards for a distance of!00 metres or thereby).
The order runs from 0800 hours on Monday 15th August 2022 until 1600 hours on Sunday 28th August 2022.
The works are required for carriageway and footway resurfacing, and safety of the workforce and members of the public. Full details are available on
Bank Street, Alloa (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Bank Street, Alloa) (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022", under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2lst July 2022: to suspend parking at Bank Street, Alloa - North Side - from a point 16 metres south of its junction with Union Street southwards for a distance of 12 metres or thereby.
The order runs from 0800 hours until 1700 hours on Monday 15th August 2022.
The order is required for SGN to park vehicle during works. Full details are available on
Lower Cobden Street, Alva (Stopping-Up) Order 2022
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to stop-up a section of Lower Cobden Street, Alva as it is required to increase safety for pedestrians due to the new layout onA91 Stirling Street. Local residents have indicated support for this permanent closure as it has been temporarily closed during the upgrade works onA91 Stirling Street. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads. Schedule - Section of road over which the stopping up order applies: Lower Cobden Street, Alva - From its junction with A9 l Stirling Street southwards for a distance of 25 metres or thereby. Alternative Route: ViaA91, Queen Street, Johnstone Street and vice versa.

Helensfield, Clackmannan (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) Order 2022
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to stop vehicles blocking the access road as it is not wide enough for two vehicles. Schedule - Side and section of road on which waiting, loading and unloading is prohibited at any time: Helensfield, Clackmannan (On the north side thereof: from a point 4 metres east of the gable end of Stafford Cottage westwards for a distance of30 metres or thereby and from a point 40 metres west of the gable end of Stafford Cottage, north eastwards for a distance of 6 metres or thereby; and on the south side thereof: From a point 4 metres east of the gable end of Stafford Cottage westwards for a distance of 49 metres or thereby) Full details are available on www.clacks.gov.uk, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 26/08/22.
Various Roads, Coalsnaughton (20 Mph Speed Limit) (Amendment No. 1 J Order 2022
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Roads, Coalsnaughton) (20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2015 "to add sections ofroad as set out in the Schedule as these roads are being re-designated to a 20 mph limit. Schedule: B9140 Coalsnaughton - Wardlaw Street (From a point 10 metres west of its junction with Gartinny east entrance, eastwards until its junction with Main Street, a distance of 175 metres or thereby); and Ramsay Street (From its junction with Main Street eastwards until a point 40 metres east of its junction with Sheardale Drive, a distance of 295 metres or thereby). The 20 mph speed limit is considered necessary to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment.

Various Roads, Pool of Muckhart (20 Mph Speed Limit) (Amendment No. 1 J Order 2022
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Roads, Pool ofMuckhart) (20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2011 "to add sections ofroad as set out in the Schedule as these roads are being re-designated to a 20 mph limit. Schedule: Pool of Muckhart -A91 Dollar to Yetts O'Muckhart (From a point 45 metres northeast of its junction with School Road northwards until a point 25 metres northeast of Manse Road, a distance of255 metres or thereby). The 20 mph speed limit is considered necessary to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment
