Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2022

On the 29 July 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises a prohibition of parking on Cathkin Drive, Clarkston, over its full length in order to facilitate the essential footway resurfacing works scheduled to be carried from Monday 22 August until Friday 16 September 2022.

The parking prohibition will be applied to sections of the road as and when required relative to the progress of the works and will apply to all vehicles with the exception of those associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident.
