NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Matthew Mollicone, give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 7bone Portswood Ltd, 110 Portswood Road, SO17 2FW

The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises & the playing of recorded music. Days & times of operation below: Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 22:00 pm; Saturday -11:00am - 00:00 pm; Sunday - 11:00 am - 22:00 pm

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA, not later than 8th September

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
