(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROUSEBARN LANE, CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Rousebarn Lane, Croxley Green from its junction with Lodge End eastwards, south eastwards and eastwards to its junction with Gade Bank, a distance of approximately 350m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE NORTH WEST SIDE OF A405 NORTH ORBITAL ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the north west side of A405 North Orbital Road, Watford from its junction with Trevellance Way north eastwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Footway").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Trevellance Way and the footway situated on the north west and north sides of Newlands Walk. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BRIGHTON ROAD, WATFORD AND MARLINS CLOSE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Brighton Road, Watford from its junction with Gammons Lane south westwards to its junction with Sussex Road, a distance of approximately 207m.
An alternative route will be via Gammons Lane, Ashby Road and Sussex Road.
2. that length of Marlins Close, Chorleywood from its junction with A404 Chenies Road eastwards for a distance of approximately 31m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of The Green, Croxley Green from its junction with Windmill Drive south westwards for a distance of approximately 65m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via The Green, New Road, A412 Watford Road and The Green.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 17 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GROVEWOOD CLOSE, CHORLEYWOOD AND WINDSOR WAY, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Grovewood Close, Chorleywood from its junction with Grove Way south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.31 Grovewood Close, a distance of approximately 311m. An alternative route will be via Grovewood Close.
2. that length of Windsor Way, Rickmansworth from its junction with Middleton Road north westwards to its junction with Tudor Way, a distance of approximately 87m.
An alternative route will be via Middleton Road, Church Lane, Shepherds Lane and Tudor Way.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 August 2022 for a periodof up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROWLEY LANE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with Well End Road north eastwards to its junction with Holmshill Lane, a distance of approximately 1294m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Rowley Lane, A5135 Rowley Lane, A1 Barnet Bypass Road and Rowley Lane
or via A1 Barnet Bypass Road, the A1(M)/Bignells Corner roundabout, A1 Barnet Bypass Road, A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way) and Rowley Lane.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON A411 ELSTREE ROAD, BUSHEY HEATH DURING THE 'RAM KATHA' EVENT) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from being driven at a speed exceeding 30mph on that length of A411 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath from its junction with Hilfield Lane South north eastwards to its junction with the A41 Tylers Way roundabout, a distance of approximately 597m ("the Road"), whilst signs are in place.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Road for the duration of the event.
The Order is needed to ensure public safety and prevent accidents during the 'Ram Katha' event.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH SITUATED BETWEEN NO.227 AND NO.229 GATESHEAD ROAD AND THE FOOTPATH SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NOS.1-8 STANBOROUGH CLOSE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpath ("the Footpaths"):-
1. the footpath situated between No.227 and No.229 Gateshead Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Gateshead Road north westwards to its junction with Reston Close, a distance of approximately 77m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Gateshead Road, Elstree & Borehamwood Public Footpath No.030B, Elstree & Borehamwood Public Footpath No.030, the footpath situated between Nos.60 & 62 Reston Close, the footpath situated to the rear of Nos.60-46 Reston Close and the footpath situated between Nos.44 & 46 Reston Close.
2. the footpath situated on the north side of Nos.1-8 Stanborough Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Thirsk Road south eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 87m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south east and north east sides of Thirsk Road, Elstree & Borehamwood Public Footpath No.029 and the footway situated on the west side of Stanborough Avenue. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpaths.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 August 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpaths.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON THE ROUNDWAY AND THE FOOTPATH FRONTING NO.41 AND NO.42 THE ROUNDWAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following length of road ("the Road"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Road whilst works are in progress:-
a) that length of The Roundway, Watford from its junction with High View south westwards, clockwise and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath fronting No.41 and No.42 The Roundway, Watford from its junction with The Roundway north westwards for its entire length ("the Footpath").
There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this footpath will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footpath.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 August 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road and Footpath.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LITTLE GREEN LANE, CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Little Green Lane, Croxley Green from its junction with The Green north eastwards, northwards, north eastwards, eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Sarratt Public Footpath No.063, a distance of approximately 808m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via The Green, Baldwins Lane, Manor Way, Kenilworth Drive, Rochester Way, Lincoln Way, Lincoln Drive and Little Green Lane.
The Order is needed because footway and carriageway inspection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
