Notice of a Variation To Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Hamilton Bailey Limited has applied in respect of The Stockwell, 18 West Stockwell Street, Colchester CO1 1HN, for variation to the Premise License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

Extension of opening and drinking hours
Ability to offer Theatre acts, plays or dance routines
Ability to offer films on a non-commercial basis
Ability to televise major sporting events
Play background music, perform acoustic music and singing, allow clients to dance

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by Friday 27th September 2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09h00 and 17h00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5,000.
