Callum Hawthorne, Ginger Monkey 31 PREMISES - 31 Christleton Road, Chester, CH3 5UF An application has been made for the grant of aqpremises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:- Sale of alcohol on the premises between 5pm-10pm Thursday-Sunday. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 OBA no later than 15/8/22, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
