Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For Premises Licence
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Trafford Council on 25 July 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, Unit 4 Altrincham Retail Park, George Richards Way, Broadheath, Altrincham, WA14 5GR for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Friday 09:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00, plus non-standard timings as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Manchester, M32 0TH to be received by no later than 22 August 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website
or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
