Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that all persons having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Peggy Winifred Cooke, deceased, late of Fessey House, Brookedene, Haydon Wick, Swindon , Wiltshire SN25 1RN and formerly of Rosedene, Inglesham, Wiltshire SN6 7RA who died on the 23rd October 2013 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undermentioned solicitors for the personal representative on or before the 12th day of November 2013 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which notice has been given.
