14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Fife Road, East Sheen

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fife Road, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand In Fife Road between Its junctions with Chrlstchurch Road and The Mall and Monroe Drive.
3. The order will come Into effect on 1 August 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 18.00 on 1 August 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Whittaker Avenue, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate outdoor hospitality they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Whittaker Avenue, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Whittaker Avenue, from the southwestern kerb-line, north-eastwards for a distance of 7 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 August 2022. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 August 2022 until 28 September 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure
Road Under Railway Bridge on Upper Teddington Road, Hampton Wick

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate bridge inspection works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic under the railway bridge in Upper Teddington Road, Hampton Wick.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Upper Teddington Road between its junction with Vicarage Road and a point 35 metres north of that point.
3. The order will come into effect on 11 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 22.00 on 11 August 2022 until 05.00 on 12 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Upper Teddington Road, Kingston Upper Teddington Road / Kingston Road / A310 / Strawberry Avenue / Cross Deep / York Street
/ Richmond Road / A305 / Richmond Road / A307 Petersham Road / Richmond Road OR Kingsgate Road / Horsefair / High Street / Upper Teddington Road / and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
