I give notice that 65 Hampden Road Limited is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Demolition of existing industrial buildings and erection of Care Home (Class C2) comprising lower ground, ground and four upper floors, together with landscaping, amenity spaces, plant, off-street parking, cycle and waste storage and an electrical substation, at 65 Hampden Road Kingston Upon Thames KT1 3HG
The application is for major development. The proposed development may affect the setting of a listed building or the character and appearance of a conservation area.
