7. The Order will come into operation at 12.01am on Sunday 14th August 2022 and remain in force until 5am on Friday 19th August 2022. It is anticipated that the works will be carried out at night during the following times:-
(a) from 12.01 am on Sunday 14th August 2022 until 6am the same day;
(b) from 11pm on Monday 15th August 2022 until 5am the following day;
(c) from 11pm on Tuesday 16th August 2022 until 5am the following day;
(d) from 11pm on Wednesday 17th August 2022 until 5 am the following day;

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(STANLEY GARDENS, CR4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate a site compound in Stanley Gardens and construction works at Tooting Station, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Stanley Gardens.
2. During the works no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Stanley Gardens, from its junction with Ashbourne Road to its northernmost extremity; or
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above would be suspended for the duration of the works at Tooting Station.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions in any emergency.
6. Stanley Gardens is a cul-de-sac, hence a diversion for vehicular traffic is not applicable.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order would come into operation on Monday 22nd August 2022 and remain in force for 1 year.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
SOMERSET ROAD SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate valve repack works in Somerset Road, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works, no person will:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Somerset Road, between its junction with Parkside and its junction with Lincoln Avenue; or
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Burghley Road, Calonne Road and Parkside or vice-versa.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order will come into operation on Wednesday 17th August 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 3 months and its provisions will be reintroduced should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(FLORENCE ROAD, SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate service pipe relay works in Florence Road, SW19, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person would cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Florence Road, between a point in line with the south-west flank wall of No. 31 Florence Road and the common boundary of Nos. 35 and 37 Florence Road; or
(b) wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above would be suspended.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Trinity Road, Clarence Road and Ashley Road or vice-versa.
6. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order would come into operation on Monday 12th September 2022 with the works expected to be completed within 5 days. However, the Order would remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

(STATION ROAD, NEW MALDEN) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate a crane operation in Station Road, New Maiden, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. Whilst the works take place no person would cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Station Road, between its easternmost junction with West Barnes Lane and the Station Road entrance to Motspur Park railway station; or
(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading a vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above would be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. During the works, the one-way working in Station Road would be suspended and two-way traffic permitted.
5. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
6. Traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using West Barnes Lane.
7. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency.

9. The Order would come into operation on Wednesday 24th August 2022 and it is anticipated that the works would be completed that day. However, the Order would remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(ROWAN ROAD) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate hump replacement works in Rowan Road, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. For the duration of the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Rowan Road between its junction with Manor Road and its junction with Rosemead Avenue;
(b) wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading any vehicle, in:-
(i) Rowan Road, between a point 25 metres north-west of its junction with Manor Road and the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 8 Rowan Road;
(ii) Rowan Road, between the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Rowan Road and the common boundary of Nos. 28 and 30 Rowan Road;
(iii) Rowan Road, between the common boundary of Nos. 50 and 52 Rowan Road and the common boundary of Nos. 58 and 60 Rowan Road.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Vehicular traffic affected by the closures should proceed by way of one or more of the following roads:- Commonside East, Commonside West, Eastfields Road, Grove Road, Holborn Way, Kingsmead Avenue, Leonard Road, Lock's Lane, London Road, Manor Road, Meopham Road, Raleigh Gardens, Rosemead Avenue, Sunnymead Avenue, Tamworth Lane, and Upper Green East.
5. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to or accessible from the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. The Order will come into operation on Tuesday 2nd August 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out each night from Tuesday 2nd August 2022, between the hours of 8pm and 3am the next day, until 3am on 5th August 2022. The road closure specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above will be in force during these times. The waiting restrictions specified in sub-paragraph 2(b) above will be in effect at all times from Tuesday 2nd August 2022 to Friday 5th August 2022 inclusive. The Order will remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate Thames Water service pipe repair works in Lower Downs Road, Raynes Park, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person would cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Lower Downs Road, between its junction with Worple Road and its junction with Ethelbert Road; or
(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
3. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

7. The Order would come into operation on Monday 22 August 2022 and it is anticipated that the works would be completed on Friday 26 August 2022. However, the Order would remain in force for a period of 3 months should further works be required.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate sewer repair works in Lower Morden Lane, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Lower Morden Lane, between the common boundary of Nos. 335 and 337 Lower Morden Lane and a point in line with the southwest flank wall of No. 329 Lower Morden Lane; or
(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in paragraph 2 above will be suspended for the duration of the works in that length of road.
4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(VARIOUS ROADS) (NO. 3) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate a programme of carriageway resurfacing and general maintenance works to be undertaken in the roads specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this notice, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which, during the works, would be tc temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, proceeding or waiting, including in any parking places, in those roads or lengths of roads specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this notice.
2. Any designated parking place situated in any of the roads or lengths of roads specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this notice would be suspended for the duration of the works in those roads or lengths of roads.
3. The restrictions and suspensions would apply only during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Alternative routes for diverted traffic would be indicated by advance warning and diversion signs on the roads affected when the works are in progress but would likely be those diversion routes specified in column 2 of the Schedule to this notice.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited roads or lengths of roads insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. The Order would come into force on Monday 8th August 2022 and the anticipated works dates are specified in column 3 of the Schedule to this notice. However, the Order would remain in operation for a maximum period of 12 months and its provisions would be re-introduced should further works be required.
