Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To Revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' at the following locations:

Doubleday Road, Loughton
SOUTH EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 0.5 metres south west of the shared boundary of 22 & 24 Doubleday Road, south west for a distance of approximately 5.6 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ440 965 Rev 3 to Rev 4, TL380 002 Rev 1 to Rev 2, TL455 015 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ420 945 Revision 0 to Rev 1, TQ420 935 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ435 972 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ425 950 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ 435 970 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ440 917 Rev 0 to Rev 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 5 August 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Lower Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Goldings Hill to its junction with Englands Lane a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04771065916 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Goldings Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 490m northwest of its junction with Horseshoe Hill for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2022 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU30800081159670M001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Pick Hill, Upshire Road, Horseshoe Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Brookfield for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044291774705-03 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial works are undertaken by Affinity Water. No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1180m southwest of its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 570m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/RFC-21800/02 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Berwick Lane, School Road, Church Road, London Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Bury Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bury Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 105m northwest of its junction with Gilwell Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2330406 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Market Place, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06046297/NG -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. The Order came into effect on 21st July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Victoria Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th August 2022 for 29 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04765390968 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water. Alternative routes are via
