APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Vanithathevy Matheyalahan has applied to the London Borough of Sutton for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: Pillaiyar Stores, 462-464 London Road, Sutton, SM3 8JB.
On the following terms: Retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 06.00 hours to 00.00 hours.

Any person wishing to make represenrtations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Licensing, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Surrey SM5 2JG. where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours or email: licensing@sutton.gov.uk, must be received no later than llth August 2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale
