1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Order would be:

(a) to introduce new "at any time" waiting and loading restrictions in Southgate Circus N14, Chase Side N14, High Street N14, The Bourne N14 and Winchmore Hill Road N14 to prevent any parking in the Southgate Circus area that affects traffic using that junction; and

(b) to revoke sections of the "Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm" waiting restrictions in Fox Lane east of the railway bridge to provide unrestricted parking space.

3. A copy of the proposed Order, plans and the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am -5pm inclusive. 4. Copies of the notice, draft order and statement of reasons an also be obtained by emailing healthystreets@enfield.gov.uk or by writing to Traffic and Transportation (quoting reference TG52/1504 Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD.

5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order or make any other representations must do so by 11 September 2022. Any such objection or any representation must be in writing, quoting reference TG52/1504, and must state the grounds on which it is made. Objections or representations can be made in any of the following ways:
