Woolwich New Road, Vary a Premises Licensing

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION: SECTION 34, LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Ms Bethan Tomlinson and Mr Jeremy James, for and on behalf of Tramshed Arts Ltd, have applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the following premises:

TRAMSHED THEATRE, 51-53 WOOLWICH NEW ROAD, SE18 6ES.

A record of this application may be inspected by appointment.
Other persons may make representations to the Council on this application by no later than Wednesday 17 August 2022 (last date for making representations). Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one of the four licensing objectives, namely:
- Prevention of Crime and Disorder
- Prevention of Public Nuisance
- Public Safety
- Protection of Children from Harm.

Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.

The following variations are proposed:

1. Changes to the approved Ground & 1st Floor layout plans.

2. Sunday finish for Regulated Entertainment increased to 23:00 from 22:00.

3. Alcohol On-Sale hours varied as follows:

Monday to Thursday - Currently 18:00 until 22.30. To change to 18:00 until 23:00.
Friday - Currently 18:00 until 00:30. To change to 15:00 until 01:00.
Saturday - Currently 18:00 until 00:30. To change to 12:00 noon until 01:00.
Sunday - Currently 18:00 until 22:00. To change to 12:00 noon until 23:00.

4. Annex 2 licence conditions to update in line with licence for Tramshed at 41 Woolwich New Road.
