NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION SATURDAY 14th SEPTEMBER 2013 10am – 4pm
VENUE: Reception Foyer, The Former County Hospital Site, North Road, Durham Signet Planning are acting on behalf of the new owners of the Former Durham County Hospital Site who are in the process of preparing a detailed planning application for residential development on the above site.
Prior to the submission of the planning application to Durham County Council, the project team are seeking the views of local residents and interested parties on the emerging scheme. In order to facilitate this, an exhibition is to be held on Saturday 14th September between 10am and 4pm at the Former Durham County Hospital Site, in the reception foyer. The team will be available throughout the day to discuss the scheme and welcome feedback on the emerging proposals.
