Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Rani G Ltd has applied to the London Borough ol Bromley Council on 18th July 2022 for a new premises licence for Premises known as Edgehill Mini Mart located at 90, Edgehill Road, Chislehurst BR7 6LB
The proposed application is to permit: 1. the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 08.00 and 22.30 daily

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his her representation by 15th August 2022 (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) to The Licensing Team, Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH or email licensing@bromley.gov.uk stating the grounds for making said representation. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by rating at Bromley.gov.uk/licences/view/licensing-applications-online and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. Representations must relate to one or more ol the four licensing objectives: THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, OR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum line is an unlimited fine.
