Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014 Amendment No 16 Order 2022
(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES - Ref: TRO_019_16):- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council propose to make the above-named Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to replace a section of the maximum long length stay restrictions at Wentworth Car Park to medium stay restrictions and to introduce a new long length stay car park in Hexham in the County of Northumberland.
The following restrictions are added to the Principal Order, Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014:-
