(Picktree Terrace, Chester-Le-Street) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 22/7/2022 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 13 metre length of Picktree Terrace, Chester-le-Street, to the rear of property numbers 8 to 12 to enable Northumbrian Water Limited sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via Picktree Terrace Front. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 2/8/2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 4 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
