(Croft Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Croft Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 30m east of its junction with Croft Close for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd August 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30074452896 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via London Road, High Road and vice versa with access only into New Park Road and Croft Road.
The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Dry Street, Langdon Hills) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m southwest of its junction with Dixon Road for a distance of approximately 370m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd August 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA56368893 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Dry Street, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Roundacre New Roundabout, Laindon Link, Laindon Link Roundabout, Staneway, High Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) (No.5) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on those lengths of road specified in the schedule for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as specified in the schedule.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th August 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Vowler Road, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 190m west of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd August 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30027810300-02 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Vowler Road, Berry Lane, Emanuel Road, High Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.27) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.

This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tiles: TQ675 882 Revision 2 to Revision 3 and TQ680 882 Revision 1 to Revision 2.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 590m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2022 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30028576167 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Foksville Road for a distance of approximately 90m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2318414 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
