TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL
STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY

TAKE NOTICE that the Council, as Licensing Authority, intends to determine a new policy with regards to the exercise of its licensing functions under the Licensing Act 2003.
Before determining its new policy the Council is consulting all interested parties on the content of that policy.
To assist in this process, a draft policy has been prepared and is available online on the Council's website (www.tendringdc.gov.uk) or from the reception during normal opening hours of the Town Hall at the address below
Any views on the content of the new policy may be made in writing by email to licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk or to the Licensing Manager using the address below.
Consultation responses should be made by midnight on 18 August 2022.
