Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I, Andrew Booth, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of The Garden, 50A Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 7LX.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The Sale of Alcohol by Retail: Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 22:30 Seasonal Variation: New Year's Eve 11:00 - 01:00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 18/08/2022. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor l3), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
