NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORTH E GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to South Somerset District Council on 20th July 2022 for the grant of a Premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's Restaurants, Plot 4 Southfields Enterprise Park, Jordans Road, llminster, Somerset TA19 9FF for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00-05:00 Mondays to Sundays.
A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and received no later than 17th August 2022.
The representation must relate to the Prevention of Crime & Disorder, Protection of Children from Harm, Public Safety or Prevention of Public Nuisance and sent to: South Somerset District Council, Licensing Department The Council Offices, Brympton Way, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2HT
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
Copies of representations are given to the applicant as required by the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.
