Temporary Closure Of Various Roads (Various Parishes And Towns) Cotswold District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.
SCHEDULE
The closure is necessary to protect the public whilst path maintenance takes place. The Order will come into force on the 28th July 2022. It is expected that the Footpath will remain closed until the 28th January 2023. The closure will only be in place when site notices are displayed at either end of the path with advance warning notices being displayed before any planned closure.
This Order can remain in force for six months. However, if a longer period of time is required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time. 15(1) Notice of an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern.
Application has been made to the Registration Authority, Gloucestershire County Council, Assistant Director of Legal Services, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG by Christopher Peter Davies on behalf of Baunton Parish Council, under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007. The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the Schedule below | which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green based on at least 20 years continuous use prior to the date of the Application on 17th May 2021 by virtue of:
1. The Land has been used by the inhabitants of the locality of the Cotswold District Council parish of Baunton for more than 20 years; and
2. Permission to perform these activities has never been sought or denied.
The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration, may be inspected at the following offices during normal opening hours:

If the registration authority is satisfied that the land described below qualifies for registration as a town or village green, it will so register the land.

Any representations that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on the application cannot be treated as confidential and will be copied to the applicant for comment and may be disclosed to other interested parties. Temporary Closure Of C179 Station Road (South Cerney Parish) Cotswold District
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C179 Station Road from its junction with Clark Hay to outside the property known as Grouse Cottage for a distance of approximately 26 metres.
The reason for the closure is to carry out the construction of a pumping station and rising water main.

The reason for the closure is for carrying out carriageway patching works.
The roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 1st August 2022
where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force.
Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures
taking effect. This order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously
as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2023.

Temporary Closure Of Public Footpath Ble 33 And Footway From Market Place To Wharf Lane (Lechlade Town) Cotswold District
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath BLE 33 and footway ("the Footpath") from its junction with Market Place extending in a generally Easterly direction for approximately 45m to a point on the Footpath just after the Church.
The Footpath falls within the Town of Lechlade in the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.
