Order made: to close that part of C2009 Shinehill
Lane, South Littleton from its junction with U45028
Farm Lane for a distance of 890 metres in an easterly
direction.
Reason: New gas/water connection by S&R/Amey. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2009 Shinehill Lane, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Cleeve Road, C2114 Arrow Lane, C2114 West Side, C2114 Pebworth Road, C2114 Blakes Hill, C2006 Buckle Street, C2009 Shinehill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months from 25 July 2022.
Anticipated duration: 17 days.

(C2114 Front Street, Pebworth) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2114 Front Street
from its junction with C2114 Back Lane for a distance
of 75 metres in a Southerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by A G Redman
& Son Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2114 Back Lane, C2114 School Road, C2114 Front Street and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 1 August 2022.

(U45402 West End Lane, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U45402 West End Lane from its junction with C2122 Snowshill Road for a distance of 190 metres in a west, south westerly direction.
Reason: Sewer works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U45402 West End Lane, B4632 Cheltenham Road, C2299 Lower Green, C2299 High Street, C2122 Snowshill Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 2 August 2022.

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2116 Elmley Castle to Ashton Under Hill from its junction with C2007 Main Street to its junction with Junction U46600 Kersoe.
Reason: Laying new ducting by Airband. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2116 Elmley Castle to Ashton
Under Hill, C2116Elmley Road, C2116 The Groaten,
A46 Cheltenham Road, C2007 Haselor lane to Hinton Cross, C2007 Netherton Lane, C2007 Main Street and vice versa.

(C2012 Throckmorton Road, Hill and Moor) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2012
Throckmorton Road from its junction with A44
Evesham Road to its junction with C2012 The Lea.
Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2270 Long Lane, B4082 Upton
Snodsbury Road, A44 Abbey View Road, A44 Wyre
Piddle bypass, A44 Evesham Road, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 22 August 2022.

(U44531 North Road, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U44531 North Road
from its junction with U44533 Kings Road to its
junction with U44527 Northwick Road.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U44533 Kings Road, U44536 Deacle Place, U44542 Burlingham Avenue, U44535 Lichfield Avenue, B4510 Offenham Road, B4035 Elm Road,
B4035 Port Street, U44527 Northwick Road and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 3 August 2022.

(Footpath BP-543, Bishampton and CL-526, Church Lench) (Temporary Closure Order) 2022
Order made: to close Footpath BP-543 Bishampton and CL-526 Church Lench for its entire length. The Order is being made to allow for the construction of ground mounted solar farm. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Bishampton footpaths BP-519,
BP-523, BP-516 and BP-517; Church Lench footpath
CL-525; C2022 and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 August 2022.
