NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I Mr. Fawad Ahmed Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Onslow Off Licence, 25 Onslow Road, Southampton S014 0JD.
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
Supply by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 04:00

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Civic Centre Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2 - 4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing  Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 21st July 2022 and 18th August 2022.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
