East Lothian Council (Station Road, Gifford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022 TO 285/22

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Station Road within Gifford.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council's website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 29th July 2022 to Friday 9th September 2022.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
