1996 Notice of application for the transfer and renewal of a licence
Petty Sessions District of Fermanagh (Enniskillen)

TAKE NOTICE that we P.D.H. (NEWTOWNBUTLER) Limited whose registered address is 32 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 7BT intend at 10:00am to apply at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on 24th August 2022 for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by P.D.H. (NEWTOWBUTLER) Limited for the premises at 3-5 Main Street, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 8JW being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1 )(b) premises in which the only business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption off the premises;
A protection Order authorising P.D.H. (NEWTOWNBUTLER) Limited to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 7th day of March 2022 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on the 7th day of March 2022 for the period of six months from the date of the order. The following body corporate owns the business to be carried on under the licence:
P.D.H (Newtownbutler) Limited of which the following person is director, Paul Graham Holder of 32 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, BT74 7BT.
The owner of the premises are John Ingram and Karen Ingram.
No alteration such as is specified in Article 31 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 has been made to the premises since the licence was last renewed.
As the existing licence is due to expire on 30th September 2022
TAKE NOTICE that at the same time I intend to apply to the Court to renew the licence until the expiration of the next licensing period ie 30th September 2027.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owing or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which this licence is sought must, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Order serve notice of his intention to object upon the Applicant C/O the Applicant's Solicitor's address and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than one week before the opening of the Court Sittings briefly stating the grounds of objection.
The permissible grounds of objection are as specified in Article 22 (6) of the Order.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owing or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which the renewal of this licence is sought in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 may appear at the hearing of the application and object to the renewal of the licence on any ground mentioned in Article 132 of the Order.
